Taylor Fantozzi, SHRM-CP is a graduate of Ramapo College, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Minor in Theater. Her academic foundation in psychology provides her with a deep understanding of human behavior and mental processes, while her theater studies have honed her skills in communication, presentation, and creative expression. She has a dynamic background as a Human Resources (HR) professional having worked with large corporations, family-owned and start-up organizations at different capacities. Her career includes roles in a variety of different industries which include non-profits, publishing, fashion, construction technology, healthcare and cosmetics. In these roles, Taylor has developed and implemented HR strategies, managed talent acquisition, facilitated employee engagement, and driven organizational development. Her experience in diverse work environments has equipped her with a versatile skill set and a comprehensive understanding of HR practices.

Taylor recently earned her Graduate certificate from Penn State University where she completed The Psychology of Leadership Foundations program. This advanced degree program is designed to deepen her knowledge of leadership theories, enhance her leadership skills, and apply psychological principles to improve organizational effectiveness.
